Devnarayan Gurukul Yojana - Amendment in the provisions of the committee constituted for the selection of private schools

Amendments have been made in the provisions of the state-level committee constituted for the selection of highly reputed private schools under the Devnarayan Gurukul scheme, run for the welfare of the most backward classes, under the Devnarayan scheme of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department of the state.


Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Sanwar Mal Verma said that amendment has been made in the state-level committee constituted for the selection, inspection, supervision, and operation of highly reputed private schools under the Devnarayan Gurukul scheme.

He told that now the chairman of this committee will be the commissioner or director of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department. The members of the committee include the Director of Secondary Education, Bikaner, Chief Government Secretary of Secondary Education Department/Officer nominated by the Secretary of Government who is not below the level of Deputy Secretary, Financial Advisor of Secondary Education, Commissioner, Representative of Tribal Regional Development Department, Dev. Narayan would be the in-charge member of the Gurukul scheme. The member secretary of the committee, Dev Narayan, will be the additional director of the scheme.

Dev Narayan Gurukul Yojana Application Form 2022-23

Education Departmental Scheme Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Tribes Kshatriya Development (T.A.D.), Devnarayan Gurukul Yojana for admission in class 6 for the session 2022-23 to the students in highly prestigious schools of the state government, non-government-Applications-have-been invited from schools for students who have passed minimum B grade in class 5. The application form can be obtained from the departmental website and from the headquarter of the District Education Officer, Secondary Jaisalmer, and all the institutions. The last date has been fixed for submission of the application form to the District Education Officer Headquarters Secondary Education Jaisalmer office.

Devnarayan Gurukul Yojana 2022 has been started by the Government of Rajasthan. Under this scheme, students are provided with scholarship, free education, free accommodation, food arrangement, distribution of clothes, textbooks available and writing materials free of cost. The last date for the application of the Special Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme (Devnarayan Gurukul Yojana) of the Education Department is 25 May 2022 and the date of the examination will be held on 12 June 2022 from 10 am to 12 noon.

देवनारायण गुरूकुल योजना - निजी स्कूलों के चयन के लिए गठित समिति के प्रावधानों में संशोधन

प्रदेश के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग की देवनारायण योजनान्तर्गत अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के कल्याण के लिए संचालित देवनारायण गुरूकुल योजना के तहत उच्च प्रतिष्ठित निजी विद्यालयों के चयन हेतु गठित राज्य स्तरीय समिति के प्रावधानों में संशोधन किया गया है।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के निदेशक सांवर मल वर्मा ने बताया कि देवनारायण गुरूकुल योजना के तहत उच्च प्रतिष्ठित निजी विद्यालयों के चयन, निरीक्षण, पर्यवेक्षण एवं संचालन के लिए गठित राज्य स्तरीय समिति में संशोधन किया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि अब इस समिति के अध्यक्ष सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के आयुक्त अथवा निदेशक होंगे। समिति के सदस्यों में माध्यमिक शिक्षा, बीकानेर के निदेशक, माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव/शासन सचिव द्वारा मनोनीत अधिकारी जो उप सचिव स्तर से कम का नहीं हो, माध्यमिक शिक्षा के वित्तीय सलाहकार, आयुक्त, जनजाति क्षेत्रीय विकास विभाग का प्रतिनिधि, देव नारायण गुरूकुल योजना के प्रभारी सदस्य होंगे। समिति के सदस्य सचिव देव नारायण योजना के अतिरिक्त निदेशक होंगे।
